I don\’t think you would want to use it for standing poses, it may be too thick, but if you need cushioning between you and the floor, get this mat!

I usually get a yoga mat sling or yoga mat strap to hold my rolled up mats together for storage, but I\’m very glad I got this as a replacement!

This mat is AWESOME! It’s comfortable, firm, and I can’t feel the hardwood floor below it! I’m really happy with this purchase + definitely recommend to anyone looking!

I have tried many types of yoga blocks in my day. They all varied in size, shape, texture, firmness, and colour. Out of all of them, I have found these yoga blocks to be the best of the best.

Yoga is the art of finding balance in your body and in your pose. For me, moving up to a heavier, wider and taller block improved my comfort level and enhanced my experience of the pose.
